THE JOB TO BE DONE

Discovery starts with what people need.

People search for a service, a question, or help in a particular place. We look at those needs alongside your organization’s actual offering, then identify which pages and business information should support them. Useful content and a coherent website come before a list of keywords.

Based in Oklahoma, we focus locally on Oklahoma City and surrounding communities while working with organizations across the US and Europe. Each engagement reflects the audience and service area involved, rather than treating every location as an interchangeable landing page.

WHAT WE PLAN & BUILD

Considered from
every angle.

Every engagement has its own scope. These are the foundations we plan around.

01

Technical & on-page SEO

We review crawlability, indexing signals, site structure, internal links, titles, headings, and page content. The work becomes a prioritized plan tied to actual pages and visitor needs. Agreed improvements can include redirects, canonical URLs, sitemaps, appropriate structured data, and clearer routes between related services, work, and articles.

02

Local search & useful area content

We help explain where you genuinely work, which services are relevant, and how someone can take the next step. Location content should contain useful context, not repeated city names. We review the consistency of your approved business details and connect local pages with relevant services and evidence.

03

Google Business Profile support

For eligible businesses, we review profile ownership, categories, services, hours, contact information, photos, and the appropriate address or service-area presentation. Verification requirements are planned with the owner. We represent the real business accurately, without invented offices, keyword-stuffed names, or duplicate profiles created to target additional cities.

04

Google Search Console setup & reporting

We help establish the appropriate property and ownership verification, review sitemap and indexing information, and make search-performance reports understandable. Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, pages, and reporting periods receive clear definitions. Reports separate observations from explanations and identify practical questions for the next review.

FROM DISCOVERY TO DELIVERY

A clear way
through the work.

  1. 01

    Establish access & a baseline

We confirm the website, audience, real service area, available accounts, and review owner. Existing reports are checked for their filters and date coverage. The starting position and known gaps are recorded before changes are proposed.

  2. 02

    Improve the foundations

We agree on priorities, implement the scoped website and profile improvements, and review the result with your team. Decisions connect technical changes, useful content, and accurate business information rather than treating them as separate checklists.

  3. 03

Review evidence & the next step

We compare suitable reporting periods, document completed work, and distinguish measured changes from assumptions. The review produces a practical next set of priorities, with responsibility for content updates, profile maintenance, and ongoing monitoring agreed.

BUILT FOR ONGOING OWNERSHIP

Clarity that lasts
beyond launch.

  • A prioritized search improvement plan
  • Documented account ownership and access
  • A defined reporting baseline and cadence
  • Content and profile maintenance responsibilities
BOUNDARIES AGREED EARLY

Search visibility depends on many factors beyond a single engagement. We do not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, or leads. Google controls its search systems and verification decisions. Account access stays deliberate, and a business’s eligibility is checked before a Business Profile setup is included.

A FEW PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

Can you improve search without rebuilding our site?

Yes. A review can identify useful improvements to an existing website, its content, or its account configuration. We assess the current platform and constraints before recommending a rebuild. The first phase may be a focused set of corrections and a clearer reporting process.

Can any organization have a Google Business Profile?

Eligibility depends on how the business operates and Google’s current requirements. We review that before proposing setup. Serving an area through an online website does not by itself establish an eligible physical location or justify a separate profile for that city.

How will we know whether the work is helping?

We agree on the questions and baseline first, then report against suitable periods and available evidence. Search clicks are different from inquiries or sales. A change in performance is recorded with context; it is not automatically attributed to one page edit or technical fix.

A USEFUL PLACE TO BEGIN

The questions
before the build.

  1. Which services and locations should people find you for?
  2. Who currently owns your website and Google properties?
  3. What evidence would make the next decision clearer?
